We are proud of the provenance of our ingredients and have for many years worked with local suppliers to source only the highest quality, fresh and ready-for-market produce. This is reflected in the seasonality of our menu, which changes daily to reflect the best of what is available that day. Eden Mills Love Gin

Released for Valentines Day 2015, Love Gin includes hibiscus and rose petals amongst the botanicals.  Paired with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and garnished with strawberries.

Using Harrogate Spring Water, this is a distinctive gin with herbal notes and junipery citrus core.  Paired with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and garnished with an orange slice.
